About Marine Corps JROTC
at Romeoville High School

The Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (MCJROTC) at Romeoville High School is more than a class—it's a leadership development program that challenges students to grow in confidence, character, responsibility, and service.

It is important to understand that MCJROTC is not a military recruitment program, and students who enroll are not making any kind of commitment to join the military.

Whether through classroom instruction, competition teams, community service, or leadership opportunities, cadets develop the skills needed to succeed in high school and beyond. With our curriculum rooted in Marine Corps values and traditions, our mission is to prepare young men and women to become responsible citizens, effective leaders, and individuals of strong character.

Whether you're a prospective cadet, parent, educator, or community member, we invite you to explore the pages below and learn why Marine Corps JROTC has been changing lives at Romeoville High School since 1973.
